Taste of OG Yoga

OG Yoga exists to empower vulnerable individuals to actively participate in their own health and wellbeing and thrive through reclaiming their bodies and minds from the trauma of their past.

About The Event

A Taste of OG Yoga is our annual fundraising event that raises funds to holistically TRANSFORM LIVES and further our mission by inviting everyone to experience what OG Yoga is all about.

At our event, attendees will experience first-hand the work we do and learn about the importance of healing trauma and releasing stress for our mental and physical health.

Join us in person at our Normal Heights studio in San Diego, or online from anywhere in the world. This hybrid event is open to all! You will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn how trauma impacts us, both physically and mentally, and how yoga creates healing

  • Experience a variety of yoga styles from restorative yoga to OG flow

  • Hear from and celebrate alongside those who have been positively impacted by OG Yoga

The highlight of each day is a special hour discussion and practice:

  • Pranayama & Guided Meditation for Grace Workshop with Niyati Kadakia (Saturday)

  • Trauma: What It Is, How It Affects Us, and How We Heal with Joann Jaffe (Sunday)
